A few quick answers. Your reminders live in Settings → Active Hours and the pace you chose; nothing fires outside that window. If sounds seem silent, check the ring/silent switch, since Sip respects it. To start fresh, Settings offers Reset today and Erase all data.
sip keeps your water on your device and has no accounts, so there is nothing to recover and no data on our end to look up. If you joined a water tower, the relay holds only the tower’s name, the names members gave, and gallon counts. That privacy is the point.
